Job Scope:

· Own the execution of initiatives and strategy within GCA LCL/MOF product.
· Fully responsible to execute global trade strategy at greater China by providing input and feedback always to the strategy。
· Monitor allocation utilization by contract by product in execution , and always feedback whenever core is not able to support the business deliverable.
· Preparation of the allocation plan based on the capacity forecast and budget.
· Develop and execute the allocation plan for trade lane.
· Ensure the balance of capacity demand and supply and provision of high quality capacity plans cross region an country.
· Analyze trade lanes and capacity based on cargo flow , carrier network change and cost change on respective trades and align with product strategy.


Performance Management-

· Manage and improve the performance of the allocation usage cross product in GCA
· Manage to achieve the GCA FCL Volume, GP and PDP target
· Drive and owned the space allocation utilization for LCL and FCL development.
· Digitalization development for FCL/LCL Product.


Product Profitability

· Leading and co-work with CEN procurement to responsible for allocation negotiation with Ocean .
· Country responsibility for all FCL/LCL allocation utilization.
· Supporting corporate with product manager on business allocation with suitable space.
· To optimize yield by managing cargo flows via the best contract options.
· Strengthen the engagement with global network and drive value through the network.

Skills and Experience

· Minimum 10 years of ocean product experience in Global freight forwarder.
· Strong FWD FCL product knowledge.
· Can summarise the relevant market dynamics, including macro-economic environment, market mega trends, product
