Role Purpose Statement
As part of the Global Research team, this role will cover China agri-product related database management and able to gather, process and analyse data therefore to develop actionable steps
Main Accountabilities
Ensure timely entry of necessary data and updates including but not limited to macro indicators/policy/trades done/price database maintenance/animal database input/crop etc.
Understand livestock models based on animal nutrition and feed consumption and be able to use analytical tools and techniques to identify patterns and trends in the data.
Continuously strive to improve information sources, find new ways of validating / challenging assumptions and work with other functions to enhance data management and analysis. Stay connected to relevant market movements for both origin and destinations and prompt feedback to ad-hoc project
