The RTR Accountant will support the Record to Report (RTR) processes,
ensuring compliance with company policies and accuracy in financial reporting.
This role includes assisting in month-end closing, balance sheet
reconciliations, and providing support to senior accountants and finance teams
lead or stakeholder in achieving operational excellence.

Core Responsibilities:

Assist in the execution of month-end closing processes, including journal
entries and reconciliations.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
Support compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.
Collaborate with finance teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Participate in audit activities by providing necessary documentation and
support.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in RTR.
Proficient with Japanese both listening and speaking
Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting processes.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
