Job Responsibility
61 Provide technical expertise to customers in the areas of product quality, processing techniques and problem resolution.
61 Be the contact person for customer quality issues and requirements and Build uphold relationship with key persons of each customer
61 Manage Voice of Customer for all product quality and performance issues, mainly on Pyralux? and Kapton? products.
61 Drive improvement in products and services through systematic review of customer complaints and requests.
61 Maintain consistent customer response standards and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
61 Interface internal/external customers to identify the specific purpose and technical requirements of each individual analysis request.
61 Support quality improvement activities at all manufacturing sites in the AP region.
