Job responsibilities：
1.Processing and tracking improvement results of quality abnormalities in the production process, promoting yield rate enhancement2.Daily defective product review, promptly provide handling suggestions, coordinate relevant departments to investigate causes, and formulate improvement countermeasures
3.Monthly quality data statistics, identify problem points, collaborate with relevant departments to analyze causes, and formulate improvement countermeasures
4.Quickly respond to customer complaints, investigate the causes, and provide improvement reports to customers within the deadline
5.Daily quality requirement implementation supervision at manufacturing site
6.Revision and update of quality standard documents
7.Customer relationship maintenance
Job requirements：
1.Bachelor degree
2.Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively
