Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and progress reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience (10 years) in IT project management, with a focus on architecture simplification or similar projects. Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders effectively. Sharp business understanding of use cases within the Retail and FMCG industry, specifically related to SFA, CRM, and promotion management systems. Strong knowledge of technology, including infrastructures, cloud platforms, and the cybersecurity practice in China Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments. Fluent in English with good presentation skills
