我們正在尋找對客戶服務有濃厚興趣,并致力于在蓬勃發展的集裝箱運輸行業長期發展的人才。
現招聘以下幾個崗位:
1)出口訂艙操作
核實訂艙資料,在規定時間內完成訂艙;
發送相關通知給客戶
協調各部門及時處理訂艙上的相關問題
2)出口單證操作
接受和檢驗客戶托單,生成海運提單及發票;
發送提單樣本給客戶確認
保證及時完成提單樣本
及時處理異常提單
3)進口操作
檢查系統單證是否完成;系統開票;發到貨通知給客戶;
發海關進口EDI艙單和進口清單給指定船代;
核實特殊貨物(危險品/大件貨/超標箱/廢品等),如碼頭有特殊操作,通知客戶聯系碼頭核實具體的操作流程;
跟蹤抵港后未換單貨物。

目的地流程變更
處理與運輸相關的異常

積極改善海關和文件流程(如監控SI質量和時間,收入處理,客戶資料)

應聘要求:
1,大專及以上學歷;
2,物流、國際貿易、采購、供應鏈管理或相關專業, 有海運行業工作經驗者優先;
3,良好的英語讀寫能力,英語四級或同等水平證書優先;
4,熟悉辦公軟件;
5,良好的溝通能力,能獨立工作以及具備良好的團隊合作精神;
6,積極的工作態度和良好的客戶服務意識。
Customer Service Coordinator
We are searching for motivated candidates with a keen interest in Customer Service and are looking to build a career in this evergreen container shipping industry.
1) Booking
- Evaluate shipping requests, complete and update booking timely and accurately
- Distribute booking confirmations to customers
- Vessel balancing activities
2) Documentation Export
- Receive and verify shipping instructions, create and complete Bills of lading and Invoices timely and accurately.
- Transmit required shipping documents (eg. Bills of Ladings, Invoices etc) to customers and Customs for filing
- Clear documentation exceptions and disputes timely
- Follow up daily on outstanding revenues
3) Documentation Import
- Check the shipments completeness; create invoices/arrival notices for customers.
- Submit EDI manifest data to relevant ship agent
- Check special shipments and provides the relevant documents/forms/files to concerned parties (including dangerous goods, OOG goods, break bulk cargos, waste goods, etc.).
- Monitor long-stay containers and handling abandon cargoes
- Communicate with relevant internal departments (eg. Sales, Operations and world-wide offices) and external vendors (e.g vessel agents) to assure specific customers’ shipments and needs are handled appropriately.
4)CS Booking
- Handle Customer phone calls
- Handle cases correspondence with customer
- Act as point of entry on potential claim requests
- Handle booking inquiries as per customer’s request
- Process change of destination
- Handle shipment related exceptions
- Verify transport exceptions and bill additional costs / fees to customer where applicable. Addresses all necessary communication
- Act as point of entry related to VGM exceptions
- Follow up transshipment
- Build Expertise in all topics related to Export Booking
- Follow standard processes and new requirements as communicated by management
Qualification:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree.
- major in logistics, international trade, purchasing and supply chain management or related is preferred but not necessary.
- Experience in the Maritime Industry is preferred but not necessary.
