The Position
The core engineer teams are focus on the new product’s development following customer requirement. He takes as a contact window between internal and global development team base on engineer standpoints. Product specification and validation plan building are also party of core engineer’s task. Also the engineer should be able to present and demo new products functions at customer side.
Job Task
? Responsible for the mechatronics product design and technical changes.
? Responsible for 3D module/ 2D drawing create and release in system.
? Lead and manage suppliers technical supporting.
? Support RFQ program’s relate engineer task and on time feedback base on engineer stand points.
? Window person with customer and internal plants of technical scope.
? Lead and Build new product’s validation and test standard.
Candidate Profile
Education background:
? Bachelor or higher degree in Mechanical engineering or equal background
Work Experience:
? 8 years min. in design area, 5 years min. in R
