Responsibilities:
Carry out cost studies, cost planning and control, cost analysis and cash flow monitoring on projects
Drafting of contractual correspondence / agreement, handle contractual issues and claims
Collate information for Risk Management monitoring
Coordinate the preparation of interim payment and settlement of final accounts
Cooperate with project team for variation works, progress cost claims, EOT claims and cost control
Any commercial related works from head of department
Report to and review with head of department

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or equivalent
Minimum 5 years’ quantity surveying experience (MEP)
Good knowledge of measurement, contractual skills and problem-solving skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese

Good communication skills with proactive and positive attitude
