Digitalization Expert – Accounting Process specialist Job description As the member of Delivery Optimization team in GBS R2R CN, work together with Accounting Service delivery team to support the design and implementation of smart solutions through market-leading solutions and tools. What are my responsibilities? · Identify and define the solutions that will improve the efficiency and increase productivity through daily “Request for Change” management, and to facilitate for the change. · Focusing on Accounting and Closing process, Work across all teams within GBS R2R CN and support in projects to automate the existing manual work, to implement new tools/solutions (E.g. Smartclose, Redwood, RPA) and to re-design processes and procedures. · Take key user role of implemented solution and join global community for continuous improvement. · Knowledge management and 1st level support for local team. · Application management support on digitalization tools. What do I need to qualify for this job? · Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, MIS or Accounting/Tax related majors. · Experience in implementation of market leading Accounting and Closing solutions for SSC, e.g. Redwood, Blackline Smartclose, Trentech, etc. · Experience with automation tool skills is a plus, e.g. VBA, Qlik Sense, Tableau, UIPath. · Knowledge of Accounting and Controlling is preferred · Elite skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint · Fluency in Chinese and English
