- Proactively engage business functions to identify, categorize, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
- Actively consult and optimize business process across Market Place functions.
- Document as-is and to-be process and map with technology diagram, functional capabilities.
- Create business case and propose solution design.
- Work with architect and developer to complete final design.
- Work with QA to build test plan and test scenarios, participate in functional, integration and user acceptance testing.
- Lead user’s manual design and guide key business users during UAT.
- Act as primary support contact during stabilizations.
- Review with business functions and drive user satisfaction.
- Maintain documentations on the knowledge base site.
- Balance business needs and technology capacity and capabilities.
