崗位職責：
Handle customer complaint including both 0km and field. 處理0公里和售后的客戶抱怨
* Receive and deal with customer complaint and failure parts of 0km and field, incl. cause investigation, containment actions and long-term action, and report feedback acc. to customer requirement.
接收和處理0公里和售后的客戶抱怨及故障件，包括原因分析，圍堵措施和長期措施，根據客戶要求反饋報告等；
Solve problem with 8D on IQIS system for customer complaint. 在SAP系統中用8D的方法解決客戶抱怨的質量問題
* Create QC
