Mission of Function? ? Key responsible person and team manager of accounting
and legal entity reportingfunctions.? Main contact person with Tax consultant,
SLC (DI and MC BU) and other Siemenscompanies for finance related affairs.? Key
user of SAP
What are my responsibilities? ? Manage accounting team: assign tasks, approve
postings, trouble shooting and developpeople.? Monitor and coordinate month end
closing.? Prepare monthly legal entity financial report.? Coordinate cross
function issues/projects between BC and other divisions, leading masterdata
cleaning project, investment projects and Carve-Out accounting workstream, etc.
? Coordinate investigations from local tax authority.? Coordinate tasks between
SNC accounting team and other teams.
What do I need to qualify for this job? ? Strong logical thinking and details
oriented.? 5-8 years working experience in accounting/controlling of
manufacturing industry.? At least 5 years working experience of SAP, with
coverage of FI/CO, MM, SD modules.? End to End knowledge about product costing
process in SAP. (BOM, Routine, standardcosting, etc.)? Full understanding of
financial report.? Good knowledge about China tax regulation and practice.?
Working experience as a line manager (including team lead) is preferred.? Good
English/Chinese communication skills in both speaking and writing.? Excellent
Excel user? Experience in digital tool is preferred. (KNIME, QLIK, UI-PATH,
etc.)
