Key Responsibilities :
- Manage full-cycle recruiting and selection process for positions within assigned functional areas to satisfy business need by providing the right people, with the right skills, in the right place, at the right time; maintain strong pipelines of diverse talents;
- Fully understand job requirements and create efficient recruiting strategies, source talent by utilizing and exploring more channels (direct sourcing and social media etc…), play a consult role to facilitate hiring decisions for permanent/temporary position and Intern;
- Ensure effective onboarding and management of new hires;
- Ensure compliance in the whole hiring process with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity;
- Provide expertise when needed to ensure smooth operations cross-function/location;
- Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments for Recruiting.
Qualifications :
- Above 3 years recruitment experience in-house recruiter role to support multiple BU lines;
- Knowledge of role of human resource policy/procedures in the business.
- Superior ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent sense of customer service mindset.
- Proactive and strong problem solver with a high sense of urgency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Adaptable to change, demonstrates resilience.
