崗位概述：
lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful project launches on time and budget
ensure these teams achieve all customer and company requirements for new projects including quality, cost, delivery, product performance and customer satisfaction.
領導多功能團隊，按時、按預算成功投產負責的新項目，確保團隊達成客戶和公司在新項目質量、成本、交付、產品性能和客戶滿意度等方面的要求。
job responsibilities:
工作職責：
? set up new project cross functional team and seeking for support from leadership.
負責組建合格的新項目開發(fā)團隊，并尋求領導層的支持。
? make and update program work breakdown and timing plan.
負責編制項目進度表，并適時保持更新。
? process and schedule of tenplus management.
按照tenplus流程進行項目管理，確保各關鍵時間節(jié)點滿足顧客要求，使項目管理過程受控
? arrange project review meeting regularly, track project action log. assist related departments in completing project works according to node time.
定期召開項目會,跟蹤項目行動計劃的完成情況，協調公司內部各部門按節(jié)點完成所負責的項目工作。
eacalate huge issues to management team to seek support in a timely manner
及時升級主要問題到管理層，尋求支持解決問題
? cost controlling &profitability tracking in all phase of project.
負責項目開發(fā)過程中的成本控制及利潤跟蹤。
? communication and coordination with r&d center & customer .handle issues during the project development on time
與設計中心及顧客保持密切聯系，就項目開發(fā)過程中遇到的問題進行及時溝通和協調。
? follow company ehs requirements. report potential risk and ehs events.
遵守公司ehs相關規(guī)定，報告安全生產事故隱患，報告ehs事件
requirements（education/certification/work experience/skills）:

教育背景
bachelor degree in engineering or above
大學本科以上學歷，工科類專業(yè)
? work experience
工作經驗
more than five years design or project management experience in automotive field.
五年以上汽車行業(yè)技術、工程或項目管理工作經驗
specialized skills/knowledge
專業(yè)技能/知識 :
good oral and written english
良好的英語口語及讀寫能力
be proficient in office software operation and cad & 3d , mastery of modern design.
熟練使用各類辦公軟件和掌握現代設計方法，熟悉cad及3d制圖。
be familiar with ts16949 quality management system, project management experience.
有項目管理經驗，熟悉ts16949質量管理體系。
